Former offshore radio DJ Tom Edwards has written a long and illustrated article for the Mail on Sunday reflecting on his offshore radio career that started on Radio City when he was just 19, after which he moved on to Radio Caroline. The piece in the Mail on Sunday is entitled: "My stormy life aboard the boat that rocked Britain ... A DJ looks back on the pirate radio era". Tom is currently writing his autobiography. He and Johnnie Walker will be among the DJs recreating the pirate sound on the LV18 ship anchored off Harwich on BBC Radio Essex for four days over Easter.
